Extra hours are billed at €75/h on the Standard plan and €50/h on the Premium plan. We notify you in advance whenever consumption approaches the limit, so the decision is informed.
Published prices apply to institutions in the Viseu municipality. We serve institutions in other locations, with travel billed separately depending on distance.
Once you subscribe, we schedule an initial visit (60-90 minutes depending on facility size) to assess installations, critical equipment and technical history. The regular plan visits are then scheduled from there.
Yes. If actual consumption diverges significantly from the contracted plan, we adjust the conditions, no penalties. The contract lives in dialogue with operations.
On the Premium plan, there's priority response time for incidents on critical equipment identified in the initial visit. On Standard, response time follows the regular triage order.
