From the first conversation to the documented technical record, the EnbiCare annual cycle is the same for every institution. It only changes in frequency and scale.

  1. Choose the right plan

    Initial visit to the institution to assess facilities and critical equipment. Management chooses the plan (Standard or Premium) that best fits its needs and desired support frequency.

  2. Scheduled interventions and technical support

    Hours included in the plan are used for preventive maintenance, technical checks or specialised support, according to actual needs.

  3. Logging, follow-up and optimisation

    Every intervention is monitored, recorded and framed with improvement recommendations whenever needed, so the plan evolves alongside reality.

  • Preventive maintenance, technical checks, specialist support and time spent on improvement recommendations. Plan hours cover labour. Materials and equipment are billed separately.

  • Extra hours are billed at €75/h on the Standard plan and €50/h on the Premium plan. We notify you in advance whenever consumption approaches the limit, so the decision is informed.

  • Published prices apply to institutions in the Viseu municipality. We serve institutions in other locations, with travel billed separately depending on distance.

  • Once you subscribe, we schedule an initial visit (60-90 minutes depending on facility size) to assess installations, critical equipment and technical history. The regular plan visits are then scheduled from there.

  • Yes. If actual consumption diverges significantly from the contracted plan, we adjust the conditions, no penalties. The contract lives in dialogue with operations.

  • On the Premium plan, there's priority response time for incidents on critical equipment identified in the initial visit. On Standard, response time follows the regular triage order.
